If you look at the following invoice header and this matches the one in you 'MY EBAY' sellers account then you are still in the OLD BILLING SYSTEM. My copy of the New Billing System invoice header has bite the dust from a glitch in my email server where it was stored. If someone wants to send me a new one I will post both of the invoices so you can see the very marked differences.

MRS R and GANG, You are doing a WONDERFUL job, try not to get too angry and discouraged from the naysayers (media, EBAY, etc.!). At my second job (part-time in a consignment shop), I have already run into 3 different EBayer's who have been having problems with their accounts. It's so weird because EACH ONE OF THEM had NO IDEA that others were having the same problems! None of them even knew that these boards existed! They do NOW though, and one is even making up a poster to hang on the door of the shop to inform other unknown EBayers of the problems, how to get to this board, AND THIS LINK http://www.fazmiclaw.com/eBay.html.
